深海工程技术研究中心
2005年底，哈尔滨工程大学成立深海工程技术研究中心（下简称“深海中心”），其目的是发挥国外引进人才的深海工程经验优势，培养及建立稳定的深海工程学术梯队，促进学科发展，为中国海洋资源的开发与生产，尤其为深海工程提供技术支持及技术服务，并承担相应的科研开发任务。
Deepwater Engineering Research Center(DERC)
Deepwater Engineering Research Center (DERC) of HEU was established at the end of the year 2005. The aim of DERC is to introduce the engineering experience of the foreign talents, cultivate and establish a stable deepwater engineering academic team, promote the development of correlative subjects, offer technical support and service to the exploration and production of ocean resource in China, and undertake relevant scientific research projects.
